It’s getting harder and harder to reach buyers.
Email service providers are releasing features to block metrics like open rate and engagement. (This year, Apple announced they’ll allow device users to shield activity from email senders.)
Digital advertising equals more expensive costs and limited performance data. (There's now up to a 3-day delay for metrics on Facebook ads to appear in reporting.)
And in-person events are still in a state of uncertainty, while virtual events aren’t getting the same levels of engagement they were last year.
For B2B, B2C, and D2C brands, influencer marketing has become a much more appealing option for reaching audiences.
Buyers already trust influencers they follow more than they do most companies. And influencers can create high-quality, UGC-style content that you can repurpose across numerous channels.

1. Facebook Brand Collabs Manager - Not sure if I’m the last one on the planet who found out about this, but Facebook is trying to make it easier to connect you with influencers on both FB and Instagram.
2. TikTok Creator Marketplace - But this one is brand new. TikTok also just introduced a platform for brands and TikTokers to sync up for collaborations. Be one of the first to get on board.
3. Influencer Marketing Hub - This platform offers a tremendous variety of tools, including estimating an influencer’s engagement rate, growth or earning potential, and number of fake followers.
4. Upfluence Free Influencer Analysis Plug-In - Upfluence has a complete influencer search database, but this Chrome plug-in lets you get basic analytics on influencer profiles as you search the web.
5. #paid Recommended Influencer Rates - Not sure what to pay for influencer campaigns? Here’s a general outline to use as a starting point. Be advised, these numbers do vary based on niche, type of content, etc.
6. Podbay - Interested in working with podcasters as part of your influencer strategy? Find the top podcast shows in a variety of categories or by searching keywords.

At 13 years old, Laya Mathikshara is one of the world’s youngest NFT artists. She’s also a growing expert on how to self-market using digital community strategy.
